Today: Calling All Yogis for a Free Midday Creativity Boost

ForYourArt is bringing you a "creativity-focused yoga session" today from Noon to 1 p.m. for all artists and the artist in everyone. Spend an hour sweating out your weekend choices for free with Tiffany Russo, an L.A.- born yoga instructor with over 10 years experience.
Russo believes that yoga is a way to break through physical and emotional barriers to achieve the highest level of well being- and if nothing else, you are sure to leave feeling far less stressed than you did when you arrived.
After an hour session at ForYourArt, you can then walk over to LACMA for an afternoon of art. "....Is James Bond" just opened and will be the perfect cool down entertainment after your workout.
Yoga For Artists will being happening again on June 26th, so if you can't make it today, plan ahead--you officially have 2 weeks' notice! BYO mat and water and be sure to wear something comfortable.
