A man turned himself into authorities on Friday after hitting and killing a pedestrian with his car in a reportedly DUI-influenced hit-and-run, reports City News Service. The man, 21-year-old Ryan Mascioni of Redondo Beach, hit a woman whose name hasn't been released as she tried to cross Hawthorne Boulevard in the rain that night.
