Rihanna is Pacific Palisades' Newest Homeowner

Pacific Palisades' newest resident is none other than Barbados-raised Rihanna. According to TMZ, the singer paid $12 million for a new 7-bedroom, 9-bath mansion in the beach community.
RiRi moved from her house in Beverly Hills, the gossip site reports, because it featured leaky plumbing. She sold that house for $5 million.
