Ludo Lefebvre has worked in some of the best kitchens on the planet, competed on Top Chef Masters, and written cookbooks, but he's most widely known for putting the Los Angeles pop-up scene on the map. We've dined many times at Ludo's roving restaurant, and it's nothing short of mad genius.
In between stints of the popular LudoBites series, the France-born chef launched a popular food truck and a TV show called "Ludo Bites America", but that didn't stop him from sharing some of his cooking know-how with new YouTube culinary channel Tasted.
Here, he shares tips on how to evenly season french fries using a brining method, and a way to sous vide without spending your life's savings on Michael Voltaggio's sous machine.
