Behind the Scenes at Tender Greens' New Location
Tender Greens' West Hollywood location is brand-spanking new, and we were lucky to get these photos of the restaurant on opening day from LAist Featured Photos pool frequent contributor Michael Ngim (hinducow).
Chef Fermin Arias proudly sources all their produce from local farms, and even the beers are from California breweries. Other notables about the eatery include the fact that they use recycled and reclaimed materials in the construction and operations, like the cork floors, bamboo furnishings, salvaged wood, eco-friendly cleaning products, and biodegradable to-go containers. Menu highlights include many salads, as well as soups, sandwiches, and hot plates. And, as trend would predict, Tender Greens uses Twitter to keep patrons up to date.
