Make This Avocado Mezcal Martini For National Guacamole Day

Just because it's Monday doesn't mean you need to go dry. In fact, the start of the work week is even more reason to take a tipple of mezcal. To celebrate National Guacamole Day, West Hollywood's Tortilla Republic shared a recipe inspired by their avocado mezcal martini so that you can get your guac in liquid form. Enjoy it solo, or with a side of the dip and some chips. Because if you're like us, you can never get enough avos.
Here's how it's done:
Avocado Mezcal Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz mezcal
1 oz pureed avocado
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz cointreau noir
Pinch of chipotle powder
Method:
Shake all of the ingredients over ice. Strain into martini glass that's rimmed with lime chipotle powder and garnish with a lime wheel.
