10 Veggies That Seriously Rock Roasted (Besides Brussels Sprouts)
Our friends over at Jezebel had their minds blown by the greatness that is roasted brussels sprouts today, and while this method of cooking is hardly a new thing, we have to agree that roasting veggies is pretty fantastic. Aside from braising and crock pots, which are equally as awesome for the time-crunched cook, it really doesn't get much easier. All roasting requires is a good pan, some decent olive oil, a hot oven and ample time. Here are some of our favorites.
