Video: High School-Aged Jessica Simpson Belts Out 'A Chorus Line'
Jessica Simpson is now more famous for her reality shows and her pregnancies than her singing career, but once upon a time she was truly a burgeoning star with a lovely set of pipes to back up her commanding stage presence.
And as it turns out, that time has been documented. In a video Simpson posted on Twitter yesterday, she can be seen belting out tunes from "A Chorus Line" back when she was still in high school:

For some critics, this feels less like a momentous departure and more like a footnote.
