Chef Ludo Lefebvre Opening Fried Chicken Stand At Staples

The Staples Center has done quite a bit get their culinary program going in the past few years. Perhaps they're trying to step it up their game Clippers style.
A few years back, Staples opened the Hyde Lounge up in the box suites level, and more recently they announced a meat-free menu for the Morrissey concert. The arena is coincidentally the most vegetarian friendly one in the country.
Whatever it is, it's working. So much so that they've got chef Ludo Lefebvre coming in to open a fried chicken stand. The stand will be called Ludo Bird, and it's the first time the arena has had a chef open a counter. The official opening will take place at the Depeche Mode concert this weekend.
So if you're one of those girls that's busy bumming on Blake Griffin having a baby with some rando and need further incentive to head over to Staples this season, consider this your calling card.
