Manny Valladares
Manny Valladares is an Associate Producer for "AirTalk with Larry Mantle" and also leads weekly production of "FilmWeek." He previously served as an on-call assistant producer and an apprentice news clerk for the program.
Manny is a Long Beach State graduate (Go Beach!), where he earned his B.A. in journalism and minored in film. He was also a part of the university's student-run newspaper, the Daily Forty-Niner, where he spent a year as their podcast editor and wrote for its sports section. Alongside his reporting duties, he also was a frequent contributor to Long Beach State's other student-run media outlet, 22 West Media.
In his spare time, Manny likes to watch films and sports. Having grown up in Boyle Heights, he also loves to check out all the great Latin-American dishes Southern California has to offer.
