Joe Simpson, father of singers Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson, was arrested over the weekend for a DUI in Sherman Oaks. TMZ reports that Simpson, 54 -- who may be best known for commenting on the size of his eldest daughter's breasts -- was pulled over at about 10 p.m. on August 4.
