Divers searching for a snorkeler who went missing off the coast Rancho Palos Verdes a week ago recovered a body from the waves this morning. The body was discovered around 11:30 am below the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes.

The state audit found that Caltrans doing a terrible job of managing those properties: it's charged its tenants too little, and it's spent way too much on home repairs.
