Wedding Guest Shot To Death At Reception

A man was fatally shot at a wedding reception last night.
The shooting happened in South Los Angeles around 11 pm last night, and the suspect fled the scene, according to City News Service. The victim was a 41-year-old guest at the reception, who died after being rushed to the hospital.
The shooting happened in an alley near the home where the reception was being held in the 1200 block of East 56th Street, according to The Los Angeles Times. The victim was shot in the torso, police said. The suspect was described only as a Hispanic male.
Few other details about the circumstances of the shooting or the victim were released.
