THE COMBINATION OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND VERY COLD AIR...WITH SNOW
LEVELS 2000 TO 2500 FEET...AND LOCALLY DOWN TO 1500 FEET...WILL
PRODUCE DANGEROUS WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE ADVISORY
AREA. A COMBINATION OF SNOW... SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN CAN BE
EXPECTED ACROSS THE SANTA MONICA MOUNTAINS. MAJOR ROADWAYS THAT WILL
BE AFFECTED BY THE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDE KANAN ROAD
AND LOS VIRGENES ROAD THROUGH MALIBU CANYON.
