Win tix to The Orb at Disney Hall

This story is free to read because readers choose to support LAist. If you find value in independent local reporting, make a donation to power our newsroom today.

The Philharmonic plays there. President Clinton speaks there. Now The Orb will be making ambient love in the Disney Concert Hall house all night long, starting just before midnight this Saturday and not packing up until 6am. They'll be ably helped by Dntel, Boom Bip, John Tejada, dublab and you. Because you can win, from us (or losanjealous) a pair of tickets. It's all to kick off the Minimalist Jukebox music festival, which runs from 18th until April 2.

Enter below to win a pair of passes to party all night with The Orb and friends at Disney Hall starting Saturday March 18th and ending the morning of Sunday the 19th.

If you don't win and you want a taste, you might try the crazy cheap show on March 20, with Cal Arts stars making heady music for just $10.

Fine Print: Affiliates of LAist (and any other -ist sites) are not eligible to enter. Entries received by midnight PST on Thursday, March 16th, 2006 are eligible to win. Contest is open to Southern California residents. The winner will be notified via e-mail.

You come to LAist because you want independent reporting and trustworthy local information. Our newsroom doesn’t answer to shareholders looking to turn a profit. Instead, we answer to you and our connected community. We are free to tell the full truth, to hold power to account without fear or favor, and to follow facts wherever they lead. Our only loyalty is to our audiences and our mission: to inform, engage, and strengthen our community.

Right now, LAist has lost $1.7M in annual funding due to Congress clawing back money already approved. The support we receive from readers like you will determine how fully our newsroom can continue informing, serving, and strengthening Southern California.
