LAist is giving away two pairs of tickets to Video Games Live, a unique live music event from composers Tommy Tallarico and Jack Wall, on July 6th at the Hollywood Bowl.

Tallarico (best known for the scores to Advent Rising, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, and Earthworm Jim) and Wall (best known for the scores Jade Empire, Myst III: Exile, and Splinter Cell) will be joining forces with the LA Philharmonic to perform pieces from the games Mario™, Zelda®, Halo®, Metal Gear Solid®, Warcraft®, Myst®, Final Fantasy®, Castlevania®, Medal of Honor™, Sonic™, Tron, Tomb Raider®, Advent Rising, Headhunter, Beyond Good & Evil™, Splinter Cell®, Ghost Recon™, Rainbow Six®, EverQuest® II and a classic arcade medley featuring songs from childhood favorites like Pong® and Donkey Kong®. The orchestra will play against a backdrop of video and laser sequences specially designed for each piece, plus live action and characters on stage.
