Last month, the local electropop duo Uh Huh Her (MySpace), consisting of Leisha Hailey, formerly of The Murmurs, and Carmila Grey, formerly of Mellowdrone (MySpace), performed at Nettwerk's The Sync in Hollywood.

Their MySpace page has been visited a whopping 1.1 million times, no doubt due to Hailey's popularity on The L Word, which she readily acknowledged has provided their music with a great amount of visibility. And the pair recently completed a month-long nationwide and Canadian tour in the Spring, as well as a sold-out show in May at The Roxy (MySpace) in West Hollywood. Not bad for a band that has been performing live for less than a year.

Their next local show is currently slated for August at a venue to-be-announced as the release party for their debut album, Common Reaction.
