We're lucky, because despite the crummy weather we can all tuck in at home and stay nice and dry this holiday Monday. Even our trusty mailmen and women get to rest today. But if you haven't stocked up on the Netflix or gotten an Xbox, you might be tempted to do what tons of people did this weekend and head to the ArcLight, which we note is much the worse for wear.

Staying home might be the best choice for the next half hour or so. News is that until about 12:30pm, a severe thunderstorm warning has been announced for eastern LA County, you know, in the nighborhood of Diamond Bar and San Dimas. Darn, just when we were hoping to hit Raging Waters.
