Rock-A-Bye Baby: Wee Hours 3.1 Magnitude Mini Quake To Soothe You To Sleep
A shallow 3.1 magnitude earthquake may have shaken up parts of northern LA County when it hit at 2:16 a.m. on Sunday, according to the USGS.
The epicenter was located 8 miles from Grapevine, 28 miles from Bakersfield, and 78 miles from the Los Angeles Civic Center (although anyone who felt anything remotely resembling an earthquake in DtLA last night would have naturally assumed it was the bass from HARDFEST, or perhaps their own wobbly disposition).
There were no reports of damage or injuries, according to CBS Local.
