¿Qué hay de nuevo a UCLA?
Online USAC elections for UCLA student government are underway. Voting ends tomorrow at midnight so everyone should make sure to cast their e-ballots ASAP. On-Campus UCLA Pub Approved
The UCLA Board of Directors approved the installment of an on-campus eatery that features alcohol last Friday, appropriating part of a $650,000 renovation budget towards the project. The pub is not a 100% certainty yet since it needs approval from the Chancellor in order to set a construction time-line. Some student groups argue that the construction of a bar on campus should not be the major focus of the USAC (student government). Others believe that it may actually promote responsible drinking.
