Arkow, who enjoys a good verbal fight, isn't backing down that in his 10 years riding Metro, he never signed his ticket. This isn't Arkow's first battle with Metrolink, two years ago he didn't sign his ticket but Metro later sent him a letter waiving a penalty fee.
