Obamajam Is Upon Us: Avoid These Roads Today And Tomorrow
Another day, another Obamajam. President Barack Obama is making his rounds through Los Angeles on Oct. 9 and Oct. 10, and we know what that means—hellish traffic.
The most affected areas will be Santa Monica, Brentwood, Westwood and Beverly Hills as he is doing some fundraising for mid-term elections and a bevy of other events, according to The Wrap. After he lands in LAX Thursday afternoon, he'll be making his way over to Cross Campus in Santa Monica (a collaborative space for creative professionals, tech start-ups and entrepreneurs), and a Democratic National Committee fundraiser at Gwyneth Paltrow's Brentwood home. He'll also be making an appearance on Friday morning at actor and restaurateur Michael Chow's home for a DNC fundraiser. That will be followed by a trip to San Dimas, where Obama will be designating parts of the San Gabriel Mountains as a national monument.
