In the aftermath of the freeway shooting on the 110 on Tuesday, the police are struggling to find leads on the case. The Los Angeles Times reports on Michael Livingston's family's plea to the public for help. FOX 11 News this morning said that the police haven't received a single phone tip since the incident which is extremely peculiar for such a public incident.

Livingston was shot in the head and then crashed into the center divider on the Harbor Freeway between 1:30 PM and 2 PM on Tuesday. The 77th Street Division is handling the case and LAPD Online has a list of numbers to call to help solve crimes including an anonymous tip hotline.
