Ubiquitous Flip-cam wielding LA tech scenester Sean Percival announced that Lalawag -- a snarky tech blog playing off of Silicon Valley's Valleywag -- should launch "early next week."
Percival recruited ex- Silicon 'wagger Alaska Miller to help dig up the good geek gossip.
