New Details Arise In Penis Chop Case

New details have surfaced in court papers in the case of the woman who severed her husband's penis and mangled the hacked off unit in a garbage disposal after allegedly poisoning his tofu dinner and tying him to a bed earlier this month, says L.A. Now.
In a search warrant, Garden Grove police detail the incident. The victim, a 60-year-old man, was lying on the bed, his hands and feet tied to the bedpost with a white nylon rope. He had a towel covering his groin area and told police his wife, Kieu, cut him. According to the affidavit, the victim came home from work at 5:30 p.m on July 11. The two had a discussion about a "male friend staying with them, but Kieu did not want the friend to stay with them."
The victim also reportedly told authorities the tofu dinner his wife prepared tasted "metallic" and turned down seconds. Tired after the meal, Becker went to sleep around 9 p.m. and awoke to find his wife "tying his right wrist, and pulling off his clothes."
He alleges she grabbed his penis and "with one swift motion, she severed it."
48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker, who is facing a felony count of torture, and a second for aggravated mayhem, has had her arraignment postponed until September 23.
