Car Takes 150 Foot Tumble Off Malibu Canyon Road
Three people were hospitalized this morning after their car tumbled 150 feet down an embankment in Malibu.
Early Monday morning, the vehicle went off a road and rolled down the steep embankment, landing on its roof near a parking lot below Winter Canyon Road, reports CBS LA. One person managed to crawl out of the vehicle and call for help.
Rescue crews arrived around 6:30 a.m. at Malibu Canyon Road north of Civic Center Way, and helped to pull two people from the vehicle, reports City News Service.
All three people were transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
