Body Discovered In MacArthur Park Lake
A body was discovered floating in the lake at MacArthur Park in Westlake this morning.
Firefighters arrived at the park, which is located on the 2000 block of W. 7th Street, around 8:10 a.m. after receiving a report of someone who had drowned, reported City News Service. The body hasn't been identified yet, but LAPD officer Jane Kim described the person as male.
It's not clear at this point the cause of the man's death. Police are investigating the incident.
