Lindsay Lohan Back in Court Now. Is Back to Jail Next?
Actress Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Beverly Hills Courthouse shortly after 8 this morning for an 8:30 a.m. appearance in the courtroom of Judge Elden Fox, who is expected "to hand down a sentence," in the ongoing case involving the young star and her misdemeanor probation violation, reports LA Now.
Last month Lohan managed to avoid getting sent back to the slammer "when a judge's ruling to keep her behind bars without bail [...] was overturned on appeal."
What happens to Lohan now is solely up to Judge Fox, who could sentence the actress to "at least 30 days in jail on each of the two violations of her probation on misdemeanor drunk driving. The violations are for failing court-ordered drug testing." Once again, though, Lohan may not wind up spending all of those days in jail due to overcrowding.
