Watch: This week's snow turned Wrightwood into 'winter wonderland'
It's been a good holiday weekend for business in Wrightwood, home of the Mountain High winter resort.
Skiers and snowboarders flocked to the area to take advantage of the nearly 1.5 feet of snow that reportedly fell there over the past week.
Mountain High posted a new video Sunday of visitors hitting the slopes, noting that the recent snowfall had turned the resort "into a winter wonderland almost overnight."
This weekend, Big Benny's Board Rentals in Wrightwood was the busiest it's been since opening six years ago, according to shop manager Cody Munday.
"We've got about 300 snowboards and about 300 pairs of skis, and we've sold out almost all of everything every day at least once, so we're probably looking at about six to seven hundred customers a day," Munday said.
More snow could be coming our way as more rain moves into the area again starting late Wednesday.
