Man Shot During Argument At Hollywood Nightclub
Police are looking for a man and a woman who were involved in a shooting at a Hollywood nightclub early Monday morning. At about 1:40 a.m. this morning, police responded to Tiffany's On Vine, a restaurant and nightclub located at Hollywood and Vine, the L.A. Times reports. There, two women apparently got into an argument that moved from the club to the parking lot. According to police, a man got involved in the fight, pulling out a weapon and shooting another man in the hand and leg. It is not clear if the man who was shot was part of the fight or if he was merely a bystander. He was transported to the hospital and is expected to survive.
A man and a woman fled the scene of the shooting, and police are still searching for them. The LAPD tells us there is no further information as to who the suspects are, aside from their gender, at this time.
Witnesses reported hearing six total gunshots, and a red Corvette with no license plates was found in the parking lot with its windshield smashed out, according to CBS Los Angeles. A gun was found in a Jeep, also parked in the same lot, but it's not clear if that weapon was used in the shooting.
