We're intrigued by this story in the 3/28/05 edition of the Los Angeles Times which reports that children found the remains [of a skeleton] Friday while searching for a ball on the roof of an abandoned building near Main and 89th streets.

Officials said the children looked into a chimney and saw a human skull. The circumstances of the person's death are unknown.

We need more information before attempting a joke referencing "Gremlins."
