Barman Bringing Boozy Ice Cream Concoctions to Upcoming Pop-Up

Where in Los Angeles is barman Matt Biancaniello? While the former maestro of mixology at the Roosevelt's Library Bar is scoping digs for a place of his own, he's been busy here and there, and next month will be behind the boozy concoctions being offered up for a day at Scoops Westside.
The pop-up will take place on February 2 from 5-11 p.m., reports Eater, and each specialty dessert will be priced at $8.
What kind of alcohol-infused indulgences can you put in your cone? Here's this teaser list of scoopable flavors based on Biancanello's popular libations:
Candy cap mushroom bourbon with organic walnuts with homemade Nocino foam; Inside out affogato, Intelligentsia coffee infused Cynar served with warm homemade vanilla milk; stinging nettle infused St. Germain sorbet with pummelo infused St. Germain air on top; and a tbd birch liqueur creation.
Mmmm! Ice cream for grown ups!
