Last year, Angeleno Magazine's furtive food critic, Brad A. Johnson, revealed the publication's picks for their "Best of the Best" restaurants Tweet by Tweet. This year, word is out via an exclusive preview on Feast, and the winners of the 9th annual awards revealed.Here are the winners:

Best New Restaurant: A-Frame
Best New Dish: Porcetto from Sotto
Best New Restaurant Design: Lukshon
Best New Sommelier: Helene Johannesen, Son of a Gun
Best New Chef: Jordan Kahn, Red Medicine
Best New Mixologist: Julian Cox, Playa
Best New Hidden Gem: Robata Jinya
Best Service at a New Restaurant: Scarpetta
Best Atmosphere: Eveleigh
Best New Pastry Chef: Joshua Graves, Ray’s and Stark Bar

The winners will be feted with the annual Angeleno Live & Dine LA event, which takes place on Sunday, July 24, at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica. [Tickets]
