What's New, Pussycat?

MONDAY
• Enon is at the Troubadour with Thunderbirds Are Now! and Sparrow. Doors open at 8 PM; tickets are $12.
• The Vault 350 hosts a Sublime tribute show celebrating the release Look at All the Love We Found: A Tribute to Sublime, featuring performances by Mishka, The Shape Shifters, Bargain Music, Los Lobos and two special guests from the album.
TUESDAY
• At the Henry Fonda Theater, The Futureheads perform at 9 PM. Tickets are $17.50.
• mewithoutYou is at the Knitting Factory with Veda and Make Believe (featuring Tim Kinsella of Joan of Arc) at 8 PM. Tickets are 8 PM.
• Spoon performs at Avalon tonight at 8 PM. Tickets are $18.50.
• Celebrate the summer solstice at the Huntington with "Twilight Photography in the Garden" from 6 – 9 PM. Cost is $60 for members, $75 for non-members. (Some prior photography experience is recommended.)
WEDNESDAY
• The Like, Jesca Hoop and Blackbird are at Spaceland tonight. Doors open at 9 PM.
• The New Beverly Cinema features Born into Brothels at 7:30 PM, followed by In the Realms of the Unreal at 9:15 PM.
• Vroman's Bookstore presents David McCullough at CalTech's Beckman Auditorium, discussing and signing 1776 at 8 PM. McCullough will sign one copy of 1776 as well as one backlist title; there will be no personalizations.
THURSDAY
• Let's Go Sailing, Say Hi to Your Mom, Summer at Shatter Creek and The Cloud Room are at The Echo tonight at 7 PM. Tickets are $7. [18+]
• The Echo hosts another Irregular Wine Tasting on the patio, featuring the films of Verna Bloom along with "A Best-of-the-West Six-Pack of Polite Whites & Rude Reds." Tickets are $18 and the tasting starts at 8 PM. [21+]
• At the ArcLight, take your pick of five midnight screenings: Bewitched, Land of the Dead, March of the Penguins, The Last Mogul: The Life and Times of Lew Wasserman and Howl's Moving Castle.

SUNDAY
• KCRW's World Festival presents David Byrne and Friends tonight at the Hollywood Bowl, featuring Byrne, the Tosca Strings, The Arcade Fire, Si*Sé and the Extra Action Marching Band. The show begins at 7 PM.
• The best-selling duo of all time, Daryl Hall & John Oates, will be performing at the Greek Theatre tonight at 7:30 PM. Tickets range from $29-$65.
