What Burns Never Returns

It's a musical night here in the city as we all attempt to recover from what LAist hopes was a great weekend. Pick one and run with it!
Tonight in the Knitting Factory Main room, Anti-, KCRW and Filter Magazine present an exclusive pre-release listening party for Tom Waits' Real Gone at 7:00 PM. The listening party will be followed by a screening of Big Time; admission is free and the first 25 guest recieve a Tom Waits T-shirt.
At the Troubador, see British pop maestro Neil Hannon performing in his band, The Divine Comedy, at 8:00 PM. Tickets are $15.00 at the door or $12.50 advance.
If you're interested in a little self-flagellation, KCRW presents Ryan Adams at the Wiltern Theater at 8:00 PM. Personally, LAist isn't interested in witnessing the diminishing career of a formerly great artist first hand, but for those who are, there it is.
