Video: R. Kelly Joins Phoenix For 'Ignition (Remix)'-'1901' Mashup At Coachella
Worlds collided mashed together last night when Strokes-lite French band Phoenix brought the Pied Piper of R&B R. Kelly onstage with them during their headlining set during day 2 of Coachella for a little toot toot.
They performed “Ignition (Remix)" together with "1901," which you can see video of below (and also Kelly's "I Am A Flirt" with Phoenix's new "Chloroform"). Presumably, after the show was the after party, and after the party was the hotel lobby, and around about 4 they had to clear the lobby and went back to their hotel rooms to fold it, fold it, fold it.
