Tonight In Rock: Jimmy Eat World, Neko Case, Gillian Welch, Eliot Lipp

Neko Case will be playing tonight at Amoeba Records | Picture via Neko Case's Myspace
Our Pick: Neko Case @ Amoeba Records (Free! Early Show at 7 PM.)
Tonight Mesa-based indie rockers Jimmy Eat World will be performing their 2001 tour de force Clarity in its entirety to a sold-out crowd at Club Nokia. Cultish San Diegan rock outfit No Knife are set to open the show. As mistakenly noted prior, bluegrass troubadour Gillian Welch will be jamming with her longtime musical partner Dave Rawlings at Largo at the Coronet. And, lastly, Brooklyn-by-way-of-LA electronic mastermind Eliot Lipp is slated to grace the Dakota Live Music Lounge in Santa Monica. But we strongly suggest heading over to Amoeba Records on Sunset to catch ruddy-haired country songstress Neko Case.
Update: We're just getting word that Jenny Lewis will be making an appearance as a special guest during the Rawlings/Welch set at Largo at the Coronet. Don't miss out!
