Tonight In Rock: Hawnay Troof, Orgone, Golden Years, Go West Young Man

Our Pick: Rebirth Brass Band, Orgone, Check in the Dark @ The Roxy
Tonight Oakland-based experimental electro outfit Hawnay Troof will be performing at the Smell in Downtown. LA-based rockers Go West Young Man are slated to play the Air Conditioned Lounge in Venice with Automatic Drawing and the Rhone Occupation. And the Echo will play host to two great local acts, Thee Mighty Angels and Golden Years, for this week's edition of Part Time Punks. But we strongly recommend heading over to the Roxy to catch Orgone, a proficient funk troupe that stunned us at last year's Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle.
