Tonight In Rock: Fall Out Boy, Ratatat, Great Lake Swimmers, John Wesley Harding

Our Pick: Dexter Romweber Duo @ Redwood Bar & Grill
Tonight Chicago-bred pop punk outfit Fall Out Boy will be accompanying a slew of other like-minded acts for the opening day of this year's two-date Bamboozle West Festival at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Brooklyn-based electronic maestros Ratatat are poised to headline the Hollywood Palladium with Tussle in tow. Canadian folk rockers Great Lake Swimmers (LAist Interview) will be performing at Spaceland. And, lastly, English "folk noir" singer-songwriter John Wesley Harding is slated to grace Largo at the Coronet with comedian Eugene Mirman. But we strongly suggest heading over to Redwood Bar & Grill to catch the phoenix that rose from the ashes of Chapel Hill's legendary rockabilly outfit Flat Duo Jets: the Dex Romweber Duo.
