Our Pick: Club NME w/ ZAZA, In Waves, IO Echo (DJ Set) @ Spaceland
Tonight acclaimed Chicago-bred experimental post rockers Califone will be taking on the Hammer Museum . LA-based rapper Busdriver (LAist Review , #2 ) is poised to perform at the Airliner in Lincoln Heights. And, lastly, local prolific songwriter John Wood, who performs under the pseudonym Learning Music will be gracing the Silver Lake Lounge with none other than LAist favorite, Visalia-bred folk pop troubadour Nik Freitas . But we strongly suggest heading over to Spaceland to catch Brooklyn-bred electro-infused shoegaze outfit ZAZA , who will be performing for this week's edition of Club NME. LAist favorites, Echo Park-based indie rock act In Waves are slated to kick things off.
