Yesterday, we recommended Papa but if you want to get some culture another way you you can go to the opening of Carol Es's Hybrids and Mongrels at the Highways Performance Space and Gallery tonight. The reception is from 6:30 to 8:30 PM tonight.

Also tonight, Proper is bringing in one of our favorites, Osunlade, along with seven other DJs and art installations by The HVW8 Crew. 11 PM til the cops come knockin' at 1001 1st Street, Downtown. $7 at the door.
