• Sabrosa Purr continue their residency at the Silverlake Lounge tonight, along with Division Day, Jonneine Zapata and Cool Dry Place. Cover is $5.

• Tonight is REDCAT's Los Angeles premiere of DJ Spooky's Rebirth of a Nation, an audio-visual remix of DW Griffith's classic Birth of a Nation at 8:30 PM. The film will be screening until Sunday and tickets range from $10-100.
