Pets of the Week: Jeffy & Laker
Jeffy (ID#13-00222) is a beautiful 1-year-old boy whose family could no longer care for him. Like some cats, he is a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, he is very affectionate. Jeffy is playful and he loves kids! Please come by and visit him at spcaLA's P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center. Before he goes home, he will be neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Visit the spcaLA website for more information on adopting Jeffy.
For 135 years, spcaLA has been the voice for the voiceless animals in Los Angeles.
Laker is a cute little 3 year old Westie Terrier/Shih Tzu mix. He is very sweet and energetic. He does well with other dogs and really enjoys going for walks and car rides. He has a soft coat that requires daily brushing and routine grooming. He knows some basic commands.If you are interested in meeting Laker, please visit the Pups and Pals website. While Laker is looking for a permanent home, he is available for fostering.
Pups and Pals is a small rescue group of volunteers in the Orange County and LA County area who focus on rescuing pets in need and placing them into appropriate homes.
