Pets of the Week: Harvey and Ziggy

Before you
Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your tax-deductible financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. We believe when reliable local reporting is widely available, the entire community benefits. Thank you for investing in your neighborhood.

Harvey was rescued from one of LA's city shelters. He is a dear, sweet boy who loves human contact. He can't get enough petting or brushing! Harvey gets along well with other cats, but he also would be just fine as the only feline. Harvey will make someone a wonderful companion.

If you would like to meet Harvey, please contact Forgotten Animals of Los Angeles (FALA). Everyone who works with FALA is a volunteer, allowing 100% of all donations to go directly to helping the animals. Ziggy is a zany, lovable 8-month-old fellow who found himself in the shelter instead of a home just before the holidays. He is a goofball and is full of hilarious puppy antics. He is eager to learn new things and is responding quite well to positive reinforcement and training. He would do best in a home with another playful dog, as Ziggy is a great wrestling buddy and enjoys canine companionship.

Ziggy is available for adoption from the Bill Foundation. Visit their website for info about the adoption process.
