Pets of the Week: Hanna & Oscar

Our June member drive is live: protect this resource!
Right now, we need your help during our short June member drive to keep the local news you read here every day going. This has been a challenging year, but with your help, we can get one step closer to closing our budget gap. Today, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership.

My name is Hannah. Ever see a Silver Lab? Well take a look at me! I have a big personality and a great attitude to go along with it. I am a 4-year-old Lab mix who is a staff favorite. They even made me a video! I know all kinds of tricks and I love the water. I am the sweetest girl you will ever meet. I have been at the spcaLA for a while now and would love to find a forever home. Come meet me!

Oscar came to spcaLA when his owner could no longer care for him. She was absolutely heartbroken to leave him, but the staff at the shelter have been taking care of him while he looks for a new home. He is a very handsome boy and very affectionate. Oscar is 8 years old with lots of love to give. If you are looking for the perfect cat, he is right here waiting for you.Hanna and Oscar are available at the spcaLA P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center in Long Beach. The pet adoption center opens at 10 am today.
