• Tonight at the Silverlake Lounge, KCRW presents Sam Phillips with Les Shelleys (Tom Brosseau and Angela Correa) for a reasonable $20. LAist suggests showing up early if you want to get in.

• At the M Bar, catch a special "Doomed Valentine" performance by the self-depricating collective known as Mortified, with the tender love songs of John Kricfalusi (of "Ren & Stimpy" fame) opening. The show starts at 8 PM and tickets are $5.
