Do people still stand in line for concert tickets or is it fastest web connection wins in the internet age? Whichever path you take, you should plan to get up early on Saturday if you want to catch Rilo Kiley and The Postal Service at the Wiltern in June. Tickets go on sale through ticketmaster that morning. It will be their only LA show (if you don't count Coachella) and we're guessing that people will be jumping all over themselves to get a chance to catch Jenny and Blake and the boys.

That Ben Gibbard will be in the house to do some Postal Service duets with Ms. Lewis as well makes it all the better. We're actually surprised to find out that More Adventurous has only sold 73,000 copies since its release considering the buzz it got. We thought that with the insanity of their two in-store performances last summer to promote the album in LA (Amoeba Records employees argued that it had been the largest in-store audience to that point...by far) that they could sell 75,000 copies locally alone.

Update: As folks have posted in the comments, we got some bad intel. An LAist tipster sent us the image without telling us it was an ambitious outsiders wish list. Rilo Kiley's management confirms that The Postal Service will not be on the Wiltern Show.

Bonus: Large Hearted Boy points us towards a new Rilo Kiley track available for download called, appropriately, I Love LA.
