Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. We believe when reliable local reporting is widely available, the entire community benefits. Thank you for investing in your neighborhood.

Get your hummus, falafel and ouzo fix this weekend at the LA Greek Festival. General admission is $3.00 per person. Kids under 12 are admitted for free. The event runs today and Sunday, from 1 to 11pm.

Proceeds from the festival go toward the ministries and charities of St. Sophia Cathedral and the neighborhood revitalization programs of the Byzantine-Latino Quarter.
