In the spirit of the now-official season, tonight is the benefit screening of the Concert for George at the Knitting Factory. Performing will be Seth Swirsky with the Temple Bhajan Band, plus Minibar, Rusty Anderson (guitarist for Paul McCartney) and Bedroom Walls. Tickets are $8.00 and proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society. Show starts at 6:30 PM.
For the um-teenth night in a row, Social Distortion will be performing at the Wiltern with Tiger Army and The God Awfuls. Doors open at 7:00 PM and tickets are $25.00.
