We need to hear from you.
Today during our spring member drive, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. The local news you read here every day is crafted for you, but right now, we need your help to keep it going. In these uncertain times, your support is even more important. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership. Thank you.

One of LA's favorite sons will be in town tonight, performing at the El Rey despite the rain. If you're a fan of the Afghan Whigs and haven't yet heard Greg Dulli's new band, show up at 8:00 PM to see The Twilight Singers with Dirty Little Secret and Up the Dose.

Maybe they'll even give a little pre-Halloween treat in the form of a cover or two. Tickets are $21.00.
